Letter Head
Aside from business cards and a website, organizations use letterhead to give their written correspondence a professional look.
Letter heads when used to communicate externally, must be powerful enough to make the person reading it recall you and your wonderful business mannerisms. They are your logo and profile to the outside world.
One must be extremely cautious and formal while designing a letter head. Ideally, a letter head must contain your company’s logo, your name and appointment, and your official contact information. This letter head must be free of all tag lines and fancy colors.
Using cheap quality paper, poor inks and unattractive designs will present you to be informal and a bad leader.
